[Aaus-list] inquiry about copyright on Vasyl' Barka's work

I have received an inquiry from France as to who now holds the copyright for the late Vasyl' Barka's work. This has to do with a planned reissue of the French translation of _Zhovtyi kniaz'_ (originally published in the early 1980s). Any information would be highly appreciated.
