Dear Colleagues,

Attached is the official Call for Proposals for the 9th World Congress of the International Council for Central and East European Studies (ICCEES), which will be held August 3-8, 2015 in Makuhari (near Tokyo), Japan.

The Congress is a unique opportunity to meet global scholars from a broad range of disciplines, who focus on Central and Eastern Europe.

The deadline for submitting individual and panel proposals is May 31, 2014.

The ICCEES website,  iccees.org, gives more information about this global, interdisciplinary alliance of national associations of Slavic and Eurasian Studies, which was founded iin 1974.
