Sorry to jump in here but it should include former US Ambassadors to
Ukraine, key political watchers at universities and colleges who can speak
to the polirical turmoil- are there any specialists in Crimea politics out
there? What about up in Canada?  If there isn't anyone to put this together
quickly I can help
