[Aaus-list] a modest proposal

Agree with Frank - good idea.  I may not be a politician or a
historian, but I do understand culture.  I can talk about beliefs and
their artistic expression.  Even things like the use of artistic
expression in the midst of crisis is something that would be important
to understand.
